I went to my first fight on Saturday!!! Yay! Sugar Shane Mosley vs. Antonio Margarito...And I must say... Margarito got his ass whooped! I'm surprised he even made it to the 9th round. I was sure Mosley had him at the 6th when he caught him with a direct punch to the face! lol. I lost count of how many times Maragrito got punched in the face. It seemed like whenever he would take a swing at Mosley, he just wasn't fast enough because Mosley would quickly dodge the blow and before Margarito could recover Mosley would jab him in the face again. Man that was a good fight haha.
It was even better because we got to sit in our own private suite so we had a great view of the ring aaand champagne to sip on ;)
I didn't even think I would get into the fight like that because I've never really paid much attention to boxing but it was so exciting it was hard not to get sucked in. I found myself cheering right alongside everyone else and cringing every time Margarito got hit... Again... and again... and again... Lol. What a great night!
